Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sirloin
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg
Toppings
- 2 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup lettuce leaf, chopped
- 4 oz cheddar cheese, cut into 24 thin slices
- Dill pickles, sliced into rounds
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a bowl, combine ground sirloin, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and egg.
- Use a tablespoon to form mini patties (about 24 total) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes until cooked through.
- Allow patties to cool slightly before handling.
- Assemble burgers with your favorite toppings and secure with a toothpick.
- Serve with sugar-free ketchup or Thousand Island dip.

Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp low-carb ketchup
- 2 tbsp chopped dill pickle
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp red hot sauce
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix well.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
